Our staff at Prima Montessori have been carefully chosen for their positive, happy and professional attitudes. Well-trained experienced and fully qualified nursery nurses and Montessori Directresses will ensure all the needs of each child are fully facilitated and a high standard of excellence is maintained.
It is Prima Montessori's policy that staff are continually trained and assessed on an ongoing basis. No staff, permanent or otherwise will be employed without the full appropriate checks having been completed.
Prima Montessori considers Health and Safety in the nursery to be of paramount importance. All new and existing staff will be fully conversant in all aspects of Health and Safety and in addition will hold a first aid certificate.
Maria O'Broin-Blosse is the M.D of the company and Nursery Manager for Elm Court. Maria has an International Diploma in Montessori education and City & Guilds foundation in child care & City & Guilds certificate in sessional child care.
